Hadith 10:267
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Shu’bah, who said: I asked al-Hakam and Hammad about a man who said to his wife, "Go wherever you wish, I have no need of you." They said: If he intended divorce, then it is one [divorce], and he is more entitled to her [during the waiting period].
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع عن شعبة قال سالت الحكم وحمادا عن رجل قال لأمرأته اذهبي حيث شئت لا حاجة لي فيك قال إن نوى طلاقا فواحدة وهو أحق بها
