Hadith 10:27
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, from Ma'mar, from Ayyub, from Abu Qilabah, who said: "If a man divorces his wife while she is menstruating, it does not count as a period of waiting (idda) for her." Al-Zuhri and Qatadah said the same.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبد الرزاق عن معمر عن أيوب عن أبي قلابة قال إذا طلق الرجل امرأته وهي حائض فلا تعتد بها وقال الزهري وقتادة مثله
