Hadith 10:270
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hamid ibn Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Hasan ibn Salih, from Mutarrif, from al-Hakam, regarding a man who said to his wife, "I have cleared your path." He said: "His intention [matters]." He said: "What if he intended three [divorces]?" He said: "I fear that it is that."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا حميد بن عبد الرحمن عن حسن بن صالح عن مطرف عن الحكم في رجل قال لأمرأته قد خليت سبيلك قال نيته قال أرأيت إن نوى ثلاثا قال أخاف أن يكون ذلك
