Hadith 10:275
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isma'il ibn 'Ulayyah narrated to us, from 'Ali ibn al-Hakam al-Bunani, he said: A man narrated to me that a man wrote the divorce of his wife with his hand upon a pillow. So al-Sha'bi was asked about that, and he considered it a divorce.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا إسماعيل بن علية عن علي بن الحكم البناني قال حدثني رجل أن رجلا كتب طلاق امرأته بيده على وسادة فسئل عن ذلك الشعبي فرآه طلاقا
