Hadith 10:280
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu al-Ahwas narrated to us, from Mughira, from Ibrahim, regarding a man who marries a young girl and divorces her before she reaches the age of menstruation. He said: She shall observe a waiting period of three months. If she menstruates before the three months have elapsed, the waiting period of the months is invalidated, and she shall begin the waiting period of menstruation anew.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا أبو ألأحوص عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم في الرجل يتزوج الجارية فيطلقها قبل أن تبلغ المحيض قال تعتد ثلاث أشهر فإن هي حاضت قبل أن تنقضي الثلاثة الأشهر انهدمت عدة الشهور واستأنفت عدة الحيض
