Hadith 10:282
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Hisham, from al-Hasan, he said: If a man has a woman who has despaired of menstruation, or a young girl who has not yet menstruated, then whenever he wishes, he may divorce her.
