Hadith 10:283
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Jarir ibn Hazim, from Ayyub, from Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz, he said: It used to please him that one should divorce the woman who has not yet menstruated at the [sighting of the] new moon.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبد الرحمن بن مهدي عن جرير بن حازم عن أيوب عن عمر بن عبد العزيز قال كان يعجبه أن يطلق التي لم تحض عند الهلال
