Hadith 10:284
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Layth, from al-Sha'bi, who said: He divorces her at the [sighting of the] new moons.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبد الرحمن بن مهدي عن سفيان عن ليث عن الشعبي قال يطلقها عند الأهلة
