Hadith 10:285
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Wasil narrated to us, from Ubaydah, from Ibrahim, who said: If a woman has ceased menstruating, and the young girl who has not yet menstruated, and a man wishes to divorce [them], then let him divorce at the appearance of the crescent moon. And let him not divorce [them] other than that until her waiting period (iddah) has expired.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا محمد بن واصل عن عبيدة عن إبراهيم قال إذا كانت المرأة قد فقدت من المحيض والجارية التي لم تحض فأراد الرجل أن يطلق فليطلق عند غرة الهلال ولا يطلق غيرها حتى تنقضي عدتها
