Hadith 10:286
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn al-Mubarak narrated to us, from Ma’mar, from Hammad, he said: I asked him about a man who said, "My wife is divorced," and he has four wives. He said: "He places his hand upon whichever of them he wishes." Ma’mar said: And al-Hasan used to say that.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن المبارك عن معمر عن حماد قال سألته عن رجل قال امرأته طالق وله اربع نسوة قال يضع يده على أيتهن شاء قال معمر وكان الحسن يقول ذلك
