Hadith 10:288
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Sa’id, from Qatadah, from a man, from al-Sha’bi, who said: If he had named something, then it is what he named. And if he had not named anything for them, divorce falls upon them.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبد الأعلى عن سعيد عن قتادة عن رجل عن الشعبي قال إن كان سمى شيئا فهو ما سمى وإن لم يكن سمى منهن شيئا دخل عليهن الطلاق
