Hadith 10:29
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Layth, from al-Sha‘bi, from Shurayh, he said: If a man divorces his wife while she is menstruating, that menstruation is not counted for her.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن علية عن ليث عن الشعبي عن شريح قال قال إذا طلق الرجل امرأته وهي حائض لم تعتد بتلك الحيضة
