Hadith 10:292
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir narrated to us, from Mansur, from Ibrahim, who said: Shurayh said: "If he begins with divorce before the irrevocably divorced woman, the divorce and the manumission take effect, whether he has broken his oath or not." And Sa'id ibn Jubayr said: "If he has not broken his oath, it does not take effect upon her."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا جرير عن منصور عن إبراهيم قال قال شريح إذا بدأ بالطلاق قبل المبتوتة وقع الطلاق والعتاق حنث أو لم يحنث وقال سعيد بن جبير إذا لم يحنث لم يقع عليها
