Hadith 10:294
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abbad ibn al-Awwam narrated to us, from Sa’id, from Qatadah, from Sa’id ibn al-Musayyib and al-Hasan; they both said regarding him who delays or advances the divorce: "It is for him to decide."
