Hadith 10:295
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Ma’mar, from al-Zuhri, regarding the exception (istithna’) in divorce and manumission. He said: His exception is valid, whether he puts the divorce first or delays it.
