Hadith 10:296
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Ibrahim, from Shurayh, who said: "If he begins with the divorce, it takes effect, whether he has broken an oath or not." And Ibrahim used to say: "And what does Shurayh know?"
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا معاوية عن الأعمش عن إبراهيم عن شريح قال إذا بدأ بالطلاق وقع حنث أو لم يحنث وكان يقول إبراهيم وما يدري شريح
