Hadith 10:299
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isma'il ibn 'Ulayyah narrated to us, from Layth, from 'Ata', Tawus, Mujahid, al-Nakha'i, and al-Zuhri; they said: If a man says to his wife, "You are divorced if I do not do such and such, if Allah wills," then he has his exception.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا إسماعيل بن علية عن ليث عن عطاء وطاوس ومجاهد والنخعي والزهري قالوا إذا قال الرجل لأمرأته أنت طالق إن لم أفعل كذا وكذا إن شاء الله فله ثنياه
