Hadith 10:30
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Layth, from Tawus, who said: If a man divorces a woman while she is menstruating, that menstruation is not counted for her.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن علية عن ليث عن طاوس قال إذا طلق الرجل المرأة وهي حائض لم تعتد بتلك الحيضة
