Hadith 10:301
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Hammad ibn Salamah, from Qatadah and Iyas ibn Mu'awiyah, regarding a man who said to his wife, "She is divorced, if Allah wills." They both said: "It has departed from him."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبد الرحمن بن مهدي عن حماد بن سلمة عن قتادة وإياس بن معاوية في رجل قال لأمرأته هي طالق إن شاء الله قالا ذهبت منه
