Hadith 10:302
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abda bin Sulayman narrated to us, from Sa’id, from Qatada, from al-Hasan: He said: If he says to his wife, "She is divorced if Allah wills," then she is divorced, and his exception is of no consequence.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبدة بن سليمان عن سعيد عن قتادة عن الحسن قال إذا قال لأمرأته هي طالق إن شاء الله فهي طالق وليس استثناؤه بشيء
