Hadith 10:303
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Abdullah ibn Talha al-Khuza'i, from Abu Zayd al-Madini, from Ibn Abbas, he said: There is no divorce for one who is coerced, nor for one who is oppressed.
