Hadith 10:321
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs bin Ghiyath narrated to us, from Layth, from Hammad, from Ibrahim, who said: If the sword were placed upon his crown [of his head], and then he pronounced divorce, I would deem his divorce valid.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا حفص بن غياث عن ليث عن حماد عن إبراهيم قال لو وضع السيف على مفرقه ثم طلق لأجزت طلاقه
