Hadith 10:323
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, regarding a man who had two wives. He forbade one of them from going out, but the one he did not forbid went out. He thought that it was the one he had forbidden to go out, so he said, "So-and-so, you have gone out, you are divorced." He said: The one whom he intended and meant is divorced.
