Hadith 10:326
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Umar narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from Ata, he said: I heard him saying: If a man swore an oath against his wife that she would not go out, and another woman went out, and it was said to him, "Your wife," so he restrained the other woman and divorced her. Ata said: It is nothing.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عمر عن بن جريج عن عطاء قال سمعته يقول إن حلف رجل على امرأته أنها لا تخرج فخرجت امرأة أخرى فقيل له امرأتك فحسبها الأخرى فطلقها قال عطاء ليس بشيء
