Hadith 10:328
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Shareek narrated to us, from Jabir, from ‘Amir, regarding a man who had two wives or two slave women. He called one of them and said, "You are divorced," and the other answered him. He said: The one whom he named is divorced. And if it were regarding his slave, it is the same as that.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا شريك عن جابر عن عامر في رجل كانت له امرأتان أو مملوكتان فدعا إحداهما فقال أنت طالق فاجابته الأخرى قال تطلق التي سمى وإن كان لعبده فمثل ذلك
