Hadith 10:348
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Dukayn narrated to us, from Zakariyya, he said: Amir was asked about a man who placed the affair of his wife in the hand of another man, and the man divorced her three times. He said: "It is one [divorce], for he only placed her affair in his hand one time."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن دكين عن زكريا قال سئل عامر عن رجل جعل أمر امرأته بيد رجل آخر فطلقها الرجل ثلاثا فقال هي واحدة إنما جعل أمرها بيده مرة واحدة
