Hadith 10:349
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ghundar narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from Hammad, he said: If a man places the affair of his wife into the hand of a man, and he divorces her, then it is one irrevocable divorce.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا غندر عن شعبة عن حماد قال إذا جعل الرجل أمر امرأته بيد رجل فطلق فهي واحدة بائنة
