Hadith 10:351
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Ibrahim, from Masruq, who said: A man came to Umar and said: "I placed the matter of my wife in her hand, so she divorced herself three times." Umar said to Abdullah: "What do you say?" Abdullah said: "I see it as one [divorce], and he has more right to her." Umar said: "And I also see that."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن إبراهيم عن مسروق قال جاء رجل إلى عمر فقال إني جعلت أمر امرأتي بيدها فطلقت نفسها ثلاثا فقال عمر لعبد الله ما تقول فقال عبد الله أراها واحدة وهو أملك بها فقال عمر وأنا أيضا أرى ذلك
