Hadith 10:353
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Ghaylan ibn Jarir, from Abu al-Halal al-‘Ataki, that he came as a delegate to ‘Uthman. He said: I said, "A man who placed the affair of his wife in her own hand." He said: He said, "Then her affair is in her own hand."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن علية عن أيوب عن غيلان بن جرير عن أبي الحلال العتكي أنه وفد إلى عثمان فقال قلت رجل جعل أمر امراته بيدها قال قال فأمرها بيدها
