Hadith 10:354
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Abu Talha, from Shaddad, from Ghaylan ibn Jarir, from Abu al-Halal, who said: I asked Uthman about a man who placed the matter of his wife in her own hands. He said: "The judgment is what she judges."
