Hadith 10:355
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Abi Za’idah and ‘Ali bin Hashim narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Layla, from al-Hakam, from Miqsam, from Ibn ‘Abbas, he said: The judgment is what the [people] have judged.
