Hadith 10:358
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hamid ibn Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Hasan, from Mujalid, from al-Sha'bi, regarding a man who placed the affair of his wife in her own hand. He said: The judgment is what she judges.
