Hadith 10:364
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir ibn Abd al-Hamid narrated to us, from Mansur, from Ibn Abbas, regarding a man who said to his wife, "Your affair is in your hand," and she said, "You are divorced three times." Ibn Abbas said: "May Allah strike her with misfortune. If she had said, 'I am divorced three times,' it would have been as she said."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا جرير بن عبد الحميد عن منصور عن بن عباس في رجل قال لأمرأته أمرك بيدك فقالت أنت طالق ثلاثا فقال بن عباس خطأ الله نوءها ( 1 ) لو قالت أنا طالق ثلاثا لكان كما قالت
