Hadith 10:377
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Muslim, from Masruq, from 'Aishah, she said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gave us the choice, so we chose him, and he did not consider it anything against us.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن مسلم عن مسروق عن عائشة قالت خيرنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فاخترناه فلم يعدها علينا شيئا
