Hadith 10:386
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Sufyan ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from Jabir ibn Zayd, who said: If a man gives his wife the choice [of divorce], it is according to what she says in her sitting. If they separate [from the gathering], then there is nothing.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا سفيان بن عيينة عن جابر بن زيد قال إذا خير الرجل امرأته فهو ما قالت في مجلسها فإن تفرقا فلا شيء
