Hadith 10:389
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir, he said: If a man gives his wife the choice [of divorce], and she does not choose in that sitting of hers, then there is no choice for her.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا محمد بن فضيل عن اشعث عن أبي الزبير عن جابر قال إذا خير الرجل امرأته فلم تختر في مجلسها ذلك فلا خيار لها
