Hadith 10:390
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ayyash narrated to us, from Mughirah, from Ibrahim, who said: If a man gives his wife the choice [of divorce], then if she chooses [to leave], [it is done]; otherwise, she does not have the right to choose whenever she wishes.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن عياش عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال إذا خير الرجل امراته فإن اختارت وإلا فليس لها أن تختار كلما شاءت
