Hadith 10:392
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Bishr narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, and ‘Ata’, and ‘Amr ibn Dinar: They said: If they separate regarding the *tamlik* (giving the wife the choice to divorce herself) and the *takhyir* (giving the wife the choice to choose between her husband and divorce), then she has no choice.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا محمد بن بشر عن بن جريج وعطاء وعمرو بن دينار قالوا إذا افترقا في التمليك والتخيير فلا خيار لها
