Hadith 10:394
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Salam ibn Harb narrated to us, from Layth, from Ata, Tawus, and Mujahid, regarding the man who gives his wife the choice (of divorce): They said: If she stands up from her sitting place before she chooses, then there is no choice for her.
