Hadith 10:395
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Bishr narrated to us, he said: Isma'il ibn Abi Khalid narrated to us, from 'Amir, who said: If a man gives his wife the choice [of divorce], and she does not choose in that [same] sitting, then she has no choice.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا محمد بن بشر قال نا إسماعيل بن أبي خالد عن عامر قال إذا خير الرجل امرأته فلم تختر في ذلك المجلس فليس لها في الخيار
