Hadith 10:406
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hamid ibn Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Zuhayr, from Jabir, from Amir, from Masruq, from Abdullah, who said: Her silence is consent to the husband if he gives her the choice and she remains silent.
