Hadith 10:412
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from ‘Amr, from Muhammad ibn ‘Abbad, from al-Muttalib ibn Hantab: That ‘Umar made the "al-battah" (the irrevocable divorce) one divorce, and her husband has more right to her.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن عيينة عن عمرو عن محمد بن عباد عن المطلب بن حنطب عن عمر أنه جعل البتة تطليقة وزوجها أملك بها
