Hadith 10:417
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Nafi’, that Ibn ‘Umar brought a wet nurse to ‘Asim ibn ‘Umar and Ibn al-Zubayr. He said: "This wet nurse of mine divorced his wife irrevocably before he had consummated the marriage with her. Do you two have any knowledge regarding that, or do you find any concession for him?" They both said: "No, but we left Ibn ‘Abbas and Abu Hurayrah with ‘Aishah. So go to them and ask them, then return to us and inform us." So he went to them and asked them. Abu Hurayrah said to him: "She is not lawful for him until she marries a husband other than him." And Ibn ‘Abbas said: "It is an irrevocable divorce." And he mentioned that ‘Aishah agreed with both of them.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن علية عن أيوب عن نافع ان بن عمر جاء بظئر إلى عاصم بن عمر وبن الزبير فقال إن ظئري هذا طلق امرأته البتة قبل أن يدخل بها فهل عندكما بذلك علم أو هل تجدان له رخصة فقالا لا ولكنا تركنا بن عباس وأبا هريرة عند عائشة فأتهم فسلهم ثم ارجع إلينا فأخبرنا فأتاهم فسألهم فقال له أبو هريرة لا تحل له حتى تنكح زوجا غيره وقال بن عباس بتت وذكر من عائشة متابعة لهما
