Hadith 10:430
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir narrated to us, from Mansur, from Ibrahim, regarding the *khaliyya* (a woman told "you are free/empty"): If he intended a divorce, then the least it can be is an irrevocable divorce. If he wills and she wills, he may remarry her. And if he intended three, then it is three.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا جرير عن منصور عن إبراهيم في الخلية إن نوى طلاقا فأدنى ما يكون تطليقة بائن إن شاء وشاءت تزوجها وإن نوى ثلاثا فثلاث
