Hadith 10:44
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Abu Qilabah, that he used to dislike that a man should divorce his wife at every menstruation, and that he only does that to prolong [the waiting period] for her. If he does that, then her waiting period is from the beginning of the [first] waiting period, as long as he does not take her back.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن علية عن أيوب عن أبي قلابة أنه كان يكره أن يطلق امرأته عند كل حيضة وإنما يفعل ذلك ليطول عليها فإذا فعل ذلك فعدتها من أول العدة ما لم يراجعها
