Hadith 10:45
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, that he used to say: If a man divorces his wife, then remains for a month, then divorces her another divorce, then her waiting period (‘iddah) is from the first divorce, as long as he has not taken her back.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن علية عن يونس عن الحسن أنه كان يقول إذا طلق الرجل امرأته فمكث شهرا ثم طلقها تطليقة أخرى فإن عدتها من أول الطلاق ما لم يراجعها
