Hadith 10:457
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Sharik narrated to us, from Makhul, from Amir, from Abdullah, who said regarding the unlawful (al-haram): If he intended divorce, then it is one [divorce], and he has more right to take her back. If he did not intend divorce, then it is an oath for which he must offer expiation.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا شريك عن مخول عن عامر عن عبد الله قال الحرام إن نوى طلاقا فهي واحدة وهو أملك برجعتها وإن لم ينو طلاقا فهي يمين يكفرها
