Hadith 10:461
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Idris narrated to us, from al-A’mash, from Ibrahim, he said: If a man says to his wife, "You are forbidden to me," intending divorce, then the minimum it can be is an irrevocable divorce.
