Hadith 10:476
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Rahim ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Juwaybir, from al-Dahhak, that Abu Bakr and Ibn Mas'ud said: Whoever says to his wife, "You are unlawful to me," she is not unlawful to him, and upon him is the expiation of an oath.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبد الرحيم بن سليمان عن جويبر عن الضحاك أن أبا بكر وبن مسعود قالوا من قال لأمرأته هي علي حرام فليست عليه بحرام وعليه كفارة يمين
