Hadith 10:481
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from ‘Umar ibn Dharr, he said: I asked al-Sha’bi about a man who said, "Everything that is lawful is forbidden to me." He said: "It does not necessitate a divorce, nor does it make the lawful forbidden; he must offer expiation for his oath."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع عن عمر بن ذر قال سألت الشعبي عن رجل قال كل حل علي حرام قال لا يوجب طلاقا ولا يحرم حلالا يكفر يمينه
